Step-By-Step Process till Visa Stamp on Passport:

Step: 1

    -   Scan all education Documents for Offer letter 

    -   Passport all pages Scan copies including the pages if

        there is any rejection

-      Filled Student application form with student’s signature
 on each page.

“In 2-3 working days student will receive offer letter”

Step: 2

-     Student needs to pay his 1^st semester fees + 1 year insurance (349 ZAR per month)
-     Along with the signed offer letter student needs to send back to us the TT copy of the fees paid.

Step 3:

-     Once the fees is paid, student needs to send the insurance form.
(PFA the insurance form by Momentum)

“The student will receive the student confirmation letter within 2-4 working days.”

Step 4:

-     Once the insurance is done, student needs to submit all the documents as per the Visa checklist. (PFA)
-     It is advisable that the student applies for a PCC at the time he submits student application form as it takes 10-15 days.
-     Once the file is ready to submit, all the documents needs to be scanned and sent to us for verification.
-     Once verified by us that all documents are as per the visa checklist you can courier the file to our Mumbai office .
-     For India cases, the original documents needs to be send to Mumbai office and for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal cases the original documents needs to be send to Colombo, Sri Lanka embassy.

        

Step 5:

-      The student needs to provide 3 months bank statement, however the funds can be only 1 day old,which needs to be maintained till the visa process is done which is 30-35 working days approximately.

Incase if the student is being sponsored, an affidavit from the sponsorer will be required to be submitted along with his bank statement and bank letter.

Step 6:

-     Once student receives passport with visa stamp,
student can book Air tickets to Johannesburg, South Africa.
We shall assist him for accommodation booking and airport pick up arrangements.
