Salary: the salary for the accountant is
starting from SCR 12000 (INR 60000 as per today’s for-ex rate)
Duration: The
minimum duration of work permit is for 2 years. Which can be extended further
by mutual understanding. And the candidate will be liable for 21 days of Annual
paid leaves after completion of each full year which
excludes Saturday, Sunday or any other public holidays, it will
comes for 30 days of Paid Leave if you include Saturday, Sunday and
Public Holidays.
Food, accommodation and Air Ticket: The food and accommodation will be
provided by the company for which a minimum amount is recovered from their
salary. For food company takes SCR 1000
per month and for Accommodation company takes
SCR 2000/ month, if they wish to avail the company provided facilities.
And also, they are free to take their own accommodation and food is they wish.
In that case the above mentioned deduction will not occur.
The air ticket, work permit, admin charges,
processing fees, Medical attestation fees….. everything will be taken care by the company. However if the candidate
leave the job prior to his contract, then all these charges including Incoming
Air ticket from India to Seychelles will be recovered from him and he has to
make arrangement for his own air ticket from Seychelles to back in India.
